MARSHALL ANTONIO, President and Recruiter
Following 27 years of experience as an executive and officer of a Fortune 50 company, Marshall opened FPC of Arlington Heights in the spring of 1995. Specializing in the automotive, aerospace and consumer products industries, Marshall works at all levels to place engineering and purchasing professionals. He personally handles all executive level searches, including plant managers, vice presidents, general managers and presidents. He is a graduate of Boston College.

MELANIE HILDEBRANDT, Vice President and Recruiter
A seasoned and successful veteran of the executive recruiting profession, Melanie is experienced in both permanent and temporary staffing. She works across all industries, with a focus on placing supply chain management professionals in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and consumer products industries. She never wavers from her total commitment to serving her clients and candidates. Melanie is a graduate of Purdue University.

LINDA BRUBAKER, Vice President and Recruiter
With more than 25 years of recruiting and human resources experience, Linda has an impressive track record of success in matching talented candidates with client needs. She specializes in Sales, Engineering, Quality and Project Management in a wide variety of industries. Linda has a B.A. and an M.A. in Communication and Psychology from the University of Florida, and earned her Ph.D. from Northwestern University.

Lee recently completed a successful career in corporate America, holding high-profile leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies, in manufacturing, retailing and consumer products industries. Her responsibilities included recruiting talented professionals at all levels. A University of Illinois graduate, Lee focuses on recruiting outstanding professionals in supply chain management.

LISA MYSLIWIEC, Vice President of Operations
A talented, versatile professional researcher, Lisa has perfected the ability of developing outstanding relationships with clients and candidates, always looking after the best interests of each. Lisa also interviews candidates and coordinates all interview follow-up activities with clients while efficiently handling all administrative duties of managing the office.
