The Process Control / Automation Engineer will be a key member of the team providing DCS support in a state of the art facility that manufactures the leading product of this well positioned and expanding Biologics Company. The selected individual will also participate in the selection, installation and start up of a new Distributed Control System.
The ideal candidate will posses a B.S. in Chemical or Electrical Engineering and experience with ABB Advant, ABB Industrial IT 800xA and / or Taylor MOD300 Distributed Control Systems in a Power, Chemical, Pharmaceutical or other industrial manufacturing. Experience in FDA regulated / GMP manufacturing is a plus but not a prerequisite
Candidates should also possess a detailed understanding of automation and its effects on manufacturing including human interactions influences, good decision-making capability, pragmatism, drive, dedication and the willingness to succeed as a team.
