Product development and design control focused quality engineer and quality assurance openings have been created due to record revenues and a strong product development pipeline.   
 
The Challenges:1) Most of all, you would be hands on and focus on any product development and design control challenges and, from your discoveries here, you would both define and implement effective corrective actions as well as lead operational improvements. 
                        2) Concurrent with this, you will guide raw materials, environmental monitoring, change control, document control and calibration teams.
                        3) Back in QA you will focus on compliance auditing, and vendor selection and approval including related change controls and the development of policies and procedures which affect operational and compliance status.
Salary: Base will be dependent on your expertise and likely should be in the in the 80’s to approx 100k and the benefits, incentive compensation, stability and relocation package are at the top of the industry.

Qualifications:
While a BS degree and 3+ years of Medical Device Quality experience is required, MOST IMPORTANT is to highlight either on your resume, addendum or cover letter your experience with:
1) Supporting product development and/or design controls as well as your related CAPA or operational improvements accomplishments
 
Preferences:
-        Degree specific to Engineering or Science 
-        Experience opening and closing CAPA’s
-        Experience troubleshooting issues on with manufacturing “on-the-floor”
-        Experience with catheter, endovascular or cardiovascular product development
-        Quality compliance and supplier quality experience
-        Quality systems implementation experience
-        Experience with complaints, non-conformances, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement
