Leading Pharmaceutical company is expanding their Product and Process Development organization to meet growiing demand for new products. This expansion has created the need for a Manager Product Development to join their team at their state of the art development and manufacturing facility.
The Manager will direct the Generic Product Development Group composed of Formulations, Analytical and Process Development in the development and scale up of generic sterile injectable products. He / she will be responsible for all aspects of product development and will interact with Manufacturing, Validations, Materials Mangement, Quality and the FDA as required to fullfill development responsibilties.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemistry, Pharmceutics or closely related science, 10 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical development, 3 or more years supervisory experience in product development and significant expertise in either Formulations, Analytical or Process Development with a strong working knowledge with the other two disciplines. Experience with the development of sterile injectable generic drug formulations is highly preferred.
