	SANDY BISHOP, *President and Recruiter* Sandy has over 25 years in the Human Resources field including 16 years with GE Company in both manufacturing and services. Sandy joined FPC of Boise in November of 1996. In April of 1999 Sandy bought the franchise. Sandy has a B.B.A. in Management from Boise State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society of Human Resources Management. Sandy’s experience on the company side of the recruiting field help her understand the clients’ perspectives
	GARN CHRISTENSEN, Director and Recruiter Garn joined FPC of Boise as it's first employee in 1992 when the Boise office opened and has been successfully recruiting for the past 13 years. Garn holds a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Utah, with an emphasis in Ergonomics and Human Engineering. Garn has served as President and CEO of two public corporations and as managing partner for several general and limited partnerships. He has worked for such companies as IBM, AT&T, Elmer Fox Co. and Victaulic Corporation.

	MATT BENNETT, Director and Recruiter Matt served as an active duty Army soldier from 1992 until 2005. His last 5 years in the military he served as an active duty Army recruiter. Matt has completed an Associates Degree in Business and is working on his Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems. Since leaving the military, Matt has worked in corporate recruiting for Washington Group International where he specialized in recruiting engineers. Matt specializes in the Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, Packaging and Engineering industries. Matt’s positive “can do” attitude makes him a favorite with clients and candidates.
