Support the production line daily thru interaction with team members to drive improvement. Analyze data and present it to quality circle team. Work and manage individual projects related to driving quality metric improvements.
Participate in safety, cost, and delivery improvement initiatives, perform lean sigma project work and implement Lean Manufacturing methodology through area of responsibility. Determine root cause of problems and implement corrective & preventative actions.
Requirements:
- BS degree with 3-5 yrs. experience in a lean manufacturing environment, MBA desired
- PC proficiency utlizing Access, Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Strong verbal and written commmunication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally internally and externally and at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage and drive change
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- PMP certification desired
- OPEX Black Belt, ASQ, CQE, CQM or CSSBB desired
