Our client is looking for talented engineers or highly technical individuals, preferably with a MBA or MS Engineering or technical manufacturing systems processes, who have some experience in manufacturing of processes that require mixing of raw materials in order to manufactur their products, like glass, paper, paper making experience only (not pulp) or highly technical paint operations like painting parts for the automotive industry (not GM or Chrysler, but Tier one suppliers that are non-union or that practice the toyota Production System). There are 3 positions. Individuals would train for 18 months and then take a Plant Mgr. position in one of our client's manufacturing faciliities located in the East, Southwest or Midwest. Individuals must be willing to relocate after the 18-month training period. Candidates must have highly technical experience.
