VP Sales & Marketing, Frequency Control, PA, $140K+ package
Leading edge manufacturer of crystal clock oscillators has an exciting opportunity to run
their sales and marketing team. They sell their products into the commercial and military
markets in the USA, Europe and Asia. The company has a great range of new products and
enjoys good margins. They are privately owned and offer the new executive an uncapped
earnings opportunity.
You will lead a team of sales managers plus customer service and marketing specialists
together with an international network of some 15 rep firms. Your key focus for the first 12
months will be to agree and execute the sales and marketing plan for our client with a
particular emphasis on export markets.
This opportunity will interest executives who have these qualities:
Experience of selling oscillators to military and commercial accounts.
International sales management success.
Technical degree.
Willing to relocate to or within Pennsylvania as required.
Compensation will be a base salary around $120K with an uncapped bonus opportunity.
