David Griffith: Owner & President
David's background includes 31 years in the medical device industry, including 19 years as President or General Manager of manufacturing businesses producing products ranging from high volume sterile products to biologicals and heart valves. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the recruitment process. Thirteen of the 31 years were with Pharmaseal Laboratories Group of the American Hospital Supply Corporation (Allegiant), and 9 years were with the American Sterilizer Corporation (AMSCO - now Steris). He has a BS from the University of Michigan, and he attended the Advanced Management Program (AMP-97) at Harvard in 1985. He specializes in the Medical Device Industry, with emphasis on R&D, Quality, and Engineering.

Rich's career consists of over 30 years of management and consulting experience in a diverse number of industries and organizations. His strengths lie in the metals and metal fabrication, assembly and biomedical/device industries. He has significant experience in recruiting and placing professional, techical and executive candidates in Quality and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines. His years of experience and his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management, provides a level of service and judgement to his client companies that is second to none. Rich was awarded his BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and his MBA from the University of Toledo.

Tom's background includes 22 years in chemical process and engineering with Dupont. He held positions in engineering, management, and as International Technical Manager. Before becoming an Executive Recruiter, he spent 4 years as an International Technical Consultant working on process installations, improvements and regulatory compliance. Tom has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a MBA from Frostburg State in Maryland. His areas of specialization include mid to upper level process and manufacturing positions in the ph armaceuticals and chemical industries.
