WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
At FPC of Cincinnati we are Executive Search Consultants that are niche or industry specialists. The way we work on a search is divided into the following steps.
Step 1
· We interview the hiring manager to learn exactly what problems this position will need to address. We realize that companies do not just have open positions, they have problems that need to be addressed and the secret to our success if finding out those problems and then finding people who have solved similar problems for other companies who are willing to move to your company to address those problems for you. During this interview we will compile an accurate job profile for this search.
· Next we will interview the HR person in charge of the search to cover additional details of the search including which one of our search services you desire to engage with us. This way we can work as a team with everyone involved in the search, make sure everyone is on the same page, and everyone has the same expectations of us.
Step 2
· We will begin our search process which includes searching through our database and notifying viable candidates, networking with our contacts in the industry, online posting campaigns, networking with our 70+ other FPC offices around the country, etc.
· The level of work we do on a search is determined by the search service you hire us to conduct.
Step 3
· Once we identify a potential candidate we conduct a phone screen with that person to discuss your opportunity in more detail with them while screening them in depth to make sure they have the qualifications you are seeking and to make sure this is the right career move for them as well.
· We will then refer the top 3+ candidates for the job who are ready to interview with you so that all you have to do is interview them and then make a hiring decision.
· When we refer a candidate we will email you a current copy of their resume along with our referral letter that highlights the details we learned about that candidate during our phone screen such as why they are looking to make a change, more details on their credentials for this position, what relocation will involve for them, what they will need financially to justify making a move, etc.
Step 4
· We will work with you through the interviewing and hiring process to schedule interviews, prep our candidates for interviews, conduct reference checks, and mediate offers to eliminate candidate rejections and turn downs.
