FPC of Cincinnati has a strong growing metals industry client that is seeking a new Maintenance Manager for their rolling mill operation located near a metro area within the Northwestern States region of the USA. In this role you will report to the Operations Manager and be in charge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance for the rolling mill division. You will supervise a group of 20 to 40 personnel and have the shift maintenance supervisors reporting directly to you. If you are a degreed mechanical or electrical engineer with significant engineering experience in rolling mills combined with significant maintenance supervisory/management experience within metals mills and you are looking for an excellent career advancement opportunity then this is a position you will want to explore for this position has a track record of rapid advancement within this company. Candidate Profile:
- BSME, BSEE, or Navy Nuclear Power School Graduate
- Significant maintenance supervisory/management experience within metals mills
- Significant engineering experience within a metals rolling mill
- Strong maintenance skills in both mechanical and electrical systems including PLC’s and Drives
- Proficient with modern maintenance reliability technology
- Must have lived in the Northwest USA region before so you understand the culture
- Someone who is looking for a company they can work the next 20+ years of their career
- Someone with a stable career with no more than 2 company changes the last 5 years
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic to lead a highly motivated non union department
- US Citizen
Compensation:
Targeting the $90K to $100K earnings range (base plus bonus) plus annual profit sharing on top of the base and bonus. Down the road this will be a $120K+ earnings position.
