FPC of Cincinnati has a metals industry client near a Southern States Region metro area that is seeking an Electrical Manager for their melting and casting division. In this role you will report to the plant maintenance manager and supervise a team of 20 to 30 electrical techs and engineers and be responsible for all electrical maintenance issues for the department. To be successful in this role you will need to be a degreed electrical engineer and have 3 plus years of electrical engineering experience within steel mill melting and casting operations combined with 5 plus years of maintenance supervisory/management experience to be ready for this demanding department management position. Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package with relocation assistance.

Candidate Profile:

BS, Electrical Engineering OR Graduate of US Naval Nuclear Power School
3+ years of electrical engineering experience within steel mill melting and casting operations
5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience within manufacturing
Significant electrical experience with Electric Arc Furnaces or Continuous Casters
Skilled with PLC's through Level 2 automation systems
Proficient with modern maintenance reliability systems
Team player and strong self motivated leader
Someone who is looking for a company they can work the next 25+ years of their career
Someone with a stable career and no more than 2 job changes the last 5 years
US Citizen

Compensation:

Targeting the $90K to $110K earnings range (base plus bonus) plus annual profit sharing on top of that. Once the economy recovers this will easily be a $110K+ earnings position due to excellent bonuses.
