FPC of Cincinnati has a metals mill industry client located near a metro area within the Great Lakes States Region that is seeking an Electrical Manager. In this role you will report to the plant maintenance manager and be in charge of all electrical aspects for either the melt shop, continuous caster, or the rolling mill depending upon your experience within those departments. To be successful in this role you will need to be a BSEE with significant maintenance supervisory experience within Electric Arc Furnace melting, continuous casting, or hot mill departments. You will need to be knowledgeable of modern maintenance reliability systems including CMMS, failure analysis, and instrumentation involved in thermography, vibration, and lubrication systems and have a strong skill set with PLC’s, Drives, Motors, and Power Distribution systems used in metals mills. Candidate Profile:
- BS, Electrical Engineering OR Naval Nuclear Power School Certification
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience within EAF melting, continuous casting, or rolling mill departments
- Proficient with modern maintenance reliability technology
- Skilled with PLC’s, Drives, Motors, Power Distribution, and Instrumentation systems
- Someone who is upward mobile and is looking for a company for a long term career
- Someone with a stable career
- US Citizen
Compensation:
Targeting the $85K to $95K earnings range plus annual profit sharing. Once the economy rebounds this will easily be a $100K+ earnings position due to great bonus potentials.
