The Training Coordinator position exists to develop and implement Company\'s training methodology across all dealer and customer training platforms. Under limited supervision, responsible for all training programs and training outcomes. Confers with management to gain knowledge of situations requiring training, and conducts training sessions.

• Implement Kinze’s training methodology across all dealer platforms, and facilitate the process with other Kinze trainers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Schedule and coordinate events including establishing date of event.
• Develops project plan – specific courses and content.
• Researches other established training techniques, new presentation technologies, and training best-practices used by other companies for consideration for use in Company events.
• Develops appropriate curricula and supporting aids for all approved training.
• Consults with staff members to keep training information current.
• Oversees sales, service, and repair parts training.
• Coordinates training for any special event.
• May evaluate training programs and conduct return-on-investment studies.
• Provides Sales/Marketing Manager with recommendations for all training programs and customer clinics.
• Recommend quality standards for dealer and customer training programs and instruct other company trainers and presenters, as required, to ensure standards are followed.
• Consults with appropriate individuals to assess and develop content for customer clinics.
• Foster an open, participative environment that encourages teamwork and individual personal and professional growth and development.
• Conducts new District Sales Manager training as it relates to marketing.
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Education; may also be Marketing with training experience
• Minimum of three years adult training or educational program development and
marketing in an equipment industry; train the trainer experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
