An opportunity for a board eligible/certified IM/Peds is being offered to practice in a highly desirable community in the Bay area of CA. This primary care practice is owned and operated by the hospital with an outpatient practice. Inpatient coverage provided by a team of dedicated hospitalists.
This hospital is an independent, non-profit organization with 180 beds. An intensivist program covers medical/surgical, intensive care and step-down units, and a busy obstetric service.
- Primary Care Clinics, Pediatrics, Family Practice & Internal Medicine
- 4.5 Work Week – 47 weeks per year
- Clinic hours 9-12 & 2-5
- Open access model
- Strictly outpatient practice- Hospitalists; Intensivists, Specialty & Pediatric
- 16 bed Neonatal Unit; Level I
The population is somewhat younger than surrounding areas, though in recent years there has been marked growth in middle age and older groups. With an annual growth rate of 1.5% per year, they are one of the fastest growing areas in Northern California. The area is an excellent location with affordable housing and an expanding job base that fuels the growth of this desirable community.
