A private Obstetrics and Gynecology comprised of two Board Certified physicians and a Physician Assistant is looking to add a physician. This thriving practice does 30-40 deliveries/mo and recently built an 8,300 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility and implemented EMR.The practice is fast-growing, financially sound and Managed Care is minimal! The practice does not perform elective abortions nor does the local hospital.

Call for new physician will be: 1:3 .at one hospital. No in-house call is required.

Detail of benefits package, medical/ dental and life insurance will be provided to qualified candidates. Partnership is available after two years. In addition, the opportunity offers retirement, productivity bonuses and vacation. Student loan assistance is available. Interview expenses are paid plus relocation. The relocation package includes a house-hunting trip, for up to 5 nights plus rental car and meals. The hospital has five OR’s plus a dedication C-Section room on the maternity unit. The unit has 12 LDRP’s and a procedure room with two treatment tables. There are five OB/GYNs practicing and no midwives.

$70 million in hospital renovations have been completed since the 1990’s. They have recently completed a new 64,000 square ft. outpatient and cancer center which includes an MRI facility and a breast center. The cancer center includes a CT Simulator & Linear Accelerator and a 64 slice CT scanner.

This practice is located in the center of North Carolina in the rolling hills of the NC Piedmont area, and near the Uwharrie National Forrest. The Blue Ridge Mountains are two hours west, and beaches are just three hours to the east. The area offers excellent opportunities for running, hiking, fishing, golf, local gyms, children’s activities, theatre, shopping and many other family and social activities. Charlotte, the largest City is only one and one half hour south. Piedmont International Airport in Greensboro offers service on most carriers to most destinations.

Public Schools are good at all levels, and there are three major medical schools, Duke, UNC, and Wake Forrest, all within 1 hours drive.
