My client, a market-leading electronic and biometric access control systems to personal scheduling systems and architectural hardware is seeking a high visibility strategic leadership position responsible for their upper midwest manufacturing location. The incumbent will provide Human Resources leadership for a 250 person non-union, manufacturing facility by:
• building organizational capability within the manufacturing facility through talent management and talent acquisition;
• creating and developing a human resources operating structure that maximizes business impact and drives employee engagement;
• partners with Plant Manager and leadership team in the development of strategies that increase organizational capability leading cultural change initiatives through the utilization of change management tools
• effective leadership contributions to sector projects and initiatives as well as have extensive Organizational Development experience

Min. Yrs. Experience:7-10

Knowledge and Work Experience Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience required
- Exposure and application of change management initiatives
- Organizational Development background and successful application of procedures, practices and programs
- Employee Relations experience
Education and Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in Human Resources or related field required
- 7-10 years progressive Human Resources experience required preferrably with Fortune 500 company background
- 5+ Years in an HR Management position
- Labor Relations experience preferred
- Advanced degrees in Human Resources or related field preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Background in the development and deployment of strategic business initiatives
- Be able to relocate within next 5 years for greater responsibilities & at a larger plant
