Our Pharmaceutical client has an immediate need for a Formulations / Materials Scientist. This position will be responsible for characterizing pharmaceutical excipients using rheology, texture/particle size analysis, DSC, and hydrocolloid characterization. This individual will work with the Product Development group to bring along softgel drug delivery platforms. Daily duties will include experimental trials, technical report writing, and FDA filing documentation reporting. This client is located in a high-growth, low cost of living environment in North Carolina. A competitive salary and excellent relocation package will be provided for the successful candidate. Excellent benefits and relocation package. Must have a Ph.D. in Material Science, Polymer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or other related technical field. With at least 2 years of industry experience.

Salary plus bonus.
