David J. Ducharme, President & Owner: Founded the FPC of Hilton Head office in 1992. His areas of recruiting expertise are Quality and Regulatory Affairs professionals in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. Searches are conducted from the Vice President to Engineer or Associate level on a contingent or retained basis. David is a member of Amercian Society of Quality (ASQ) and Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS). Over the years he has established relationships with client companies and candidates based on trust, professionalism and performance. He served on the Board of Advisors of FPC Franchise. He is a graduate of McGill University, Montreal, Canada and a former professional European hockey player.

Donne Paine RN, BA, Vice President: Donne (pronounced Donna) has directed the FPC of Hilton Head Clinical Research Recruiting division since 1995 with both domestic and international placements. She has a successful track record of servicing the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech and CRO industries with their staffing needs from the CRA to the VP level. Donne has lectured on a national level including the DUKE University Clinical Science program sponsored by the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) and has been a contributer to the Clinical Research News and SoCRA Source Journal. In 2001 she was elected to the SoCRA Board of Directors and received the FPC Corporate million-dollar achievement award.

Lee Gellins, Executive Recruiter: Lee recruits in the manufacturing, process, operations and plant management sectors of the medical device and biotech industries. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Lee has over 20 years experience in retail management and operations. Prior to joining FPC of Hilton Head, Lee was a General Manager with Staples, Circuit City and Barnes and Noble Booksellers. Winner of several awards for sales production, she has a proven track record of outstanding service to customers.
