Business Development Manager - Cabling and Connectors - DoD- New York
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors for the military and aerospace industries.
Responsibilities
- Will assume responsibility for generating new business for custom interconnect group
- Expert presentation of the group\\\\\\\'s services via telephone and face-to-face communications
- Will work, personally, to develop and secure new business.
- Interface with prospects at the appropriate contact level with a focus on management and executive management
- Maintain an aggressive customer contact and visit schedule promoting the groups services
- Maintain and sustain business relationships, close deals and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience/Requirements
- 5+ years business development experience within the custom interconnect industry
- 5+ years experience selling to defense, industrial, and medical electronics markets.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- BS degree
