Director of Program Management - Electronics - EMS - Mid South Location
Responsibilities:
- Will lead, direct, and manage the activities of the program managers within an EMS organization
- Manage and deepen the critical account relationships and coordinate the flow of information with customers
- Align strategic objectives between customer and company
- Grow revenue from assigned customers
- Accountable for all aspects of customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
- Conduct high level periodic reviews and directs the consolidation of account performance metrics
- Document and report all relevant data on status of accounts
- Responsible for the completeness and acceptance of all customer proposals
- Maintain a global or enterprise view of account
Requirements:
- Recent experience managing an EMS program management organization
- Contract manufacturing program management experience
- Low mix / high volume experience
- Major account selling skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Sound financial competence
Note: This position is not in Huntsville and requires relocation to a nearby metro area.
