I have a client who is seeking to hire an executive level hire who would be put in a developmental position and developed as their companies’ future President. This person is probably at the VP level in a small to medium service based company, has experience in both operations and services, has strong e-commerce /IT experience, and has strong educational background including a Masters Degree. Should have strong acumen for financials even though experience may be lacking in career thus far. Strong communicator, natural leader, high growth potential.
Experiences should have been gained in operations/customer services, should not have more than 3 jobs in past 10 years, very progressive career climb, company that is entrepreneurial.
This company highly prefers someone from North Alabama.
