My client is seeking a Human Resources Manager for their North Alabama manufacturing facility.
This facility is process oriented, one that continuously operates, it is non-union, medium size (200-400 employees).
To be considered for this position, the candidate MUST HAVE experience as a human resources manager in a continuous operational environment. Must be a broad generalist who can handle all aspects of plant human resources such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management. Should have experience with 12 hour shift operations.
Candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree, 10-15 years experience as a human resources professional with at least 5 years experience in plant human resources management position in a medium sized process oriented facility.
