• Leads team in technical assignments involving reducing manufacturability issues and maintaining timely product flow for assigned product(s).
• Leads team in selecting, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing equipment and procedures for assigned product(s).
• Develops and revises manufacturing process specifications using failure analysis and effective corrective action processes. 
• Defines the manufacturing review process to verify/improve product introduction and pilot runs to insure that tooling and assembly processes are in place to insure efficient assembly practice. 
• Works with customer and manufacturing during new product introduction and pilot runs to insure that tooling and assembly processes are in place to insure efficient assembly practice.
• Provides leadership in customer quality and efficiency efforts by directing support teams to improve cycle times and reduce defects. 
• Leads communication with all internal departments, suppliers and customers. 
• Acts as a mentor to lower level engineers.     
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in the Engineering field or equivalent degree.
• 4 or more years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting printed circuit board assembly development and processes. 
• Able to effectively interact with persons within and outside the organization.
• Must be a team player that can work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of personal computer operation including use of Microsoft office (Excel Word etc.).
• Able to read write and communicate in English.
