Meet the Team

	Jeff Herzog - President Jeff brings over 10 years of experience in the recruitment business from a variety of companies including Update Legal Staffing, CareerBuilder.com and Tribune Corporation. Prior to starting FPC of New York City Jeff was the Director of Recruitment and Real Estate Advertising for Newsday, a Tribune Publishing Company. There he managed a budget of over $80 million and oversaw a staff of over 70 employees. In 2006, he was voted Manager of the Year and was one of the youngest employees to be selected to join the exclusive Tribune Leadership Development Program. Jeff came to Newsday via another Tribune subsidiary, CareerBuilder.com where he was the Area Sales Manager for the New York office. He managed a team of 12 account executives and oversaw all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, budgeting and technology. Jeff began his career in recruitment as the manager of the New Jersey office of Update Legal Staffing in 1997. Jeff and his wife Denise live in Old Bethpage, New York with their three sons, Benjamin, Derek & Chase. He enjoys running, golf, basketball and cooking.
	Barry Herzog - Vice President, Consulting Services Barry heads up the Consulting Services Division of FPC of NYC specializing in providing finance and accounting professionals on a contract basis. Prior to joining FPC of New York City, Barry was a Client Representative for IBM Japan in Tokyo where he was the customer facing entity for a major Japanese Telecom conglomerate with a budget of over $95 million annually. Barry came to IBM Japan after five years at NTT America, a subsidiary of Nippon Telephone and Telegraph (NTT Communications) where he was an Account Manager for the Japanese Multi-National Corporation Sales Division. He speaks fluent Japanese and has successfully worked and lived in both Tokyo and NY for the last 10 years Barry started his career in 1999 at the Nihon Keizai Shinbun (Nikkei America) where he was an Account Manager in the Electronic Media Department. Here he sold and analyzed Japanese Financial Data for Investment Banks and Hedge funds investing in Japan. Barry and his wife Kasumi live in White Plains, NY with their son Kizuna and are eagerly awaiting the birth of their second child in April. He enjoys painting, playing guitar and international travel.
	Jillian Psenicka Jillian is the Managing Director, Life Sciences concentrating on finance and accounting executive placement within pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Prior to joining FPC of New York City Jillian was the Manager of Recruitment Advertising for Newsday Media Group, a Tribune Publishing Company. Jillian started her career at Newsday in 2003 as a Sales Representative, selling and supporting recruitment advertising solutions, including CareerBuilder.com. Jillian was twice the recipient of the Sales Representative of the Year award, in both 2004 and 2005. Jillian and her husband Brandon live in Huntington, New York.
	Jenna DeVincenzo Jenna is the Director of Research for Accounting and Finance. Jenna graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2007, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration. There, she was Vice President of Recruitment for Sigma Kappa from 2005 to 2006. She has significant knowledge of accounting and finance roles from her internship at Nord Landesbank in the structured finance department. Jenna utilizes her accounting and finance education, along with her recruitment skills, to identify qualified talent as the Director of Research for FPC of New York City. Outside of recruiting, Jenna enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and friends.
