President, CEO - Battery Company
President / CEO will lead small Automotive Battery development company, Team, Plans, Portfolio, Facilities, Product Development of Batteries which also include Battery Cell Development lead the Battery Product Development Team, Lead Engineering and technical resources and Research and Development Team.
The Candidate will lead all aspects of building - While the Primary application of this Battery System is Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, there are specialty applications also, which may include small battery packs and speacialty cells for Aerospace applications.
The Candidate will be a battery expert - in other words must understand Lithium Battery Development and be able to provide guidance and mentorship to highly technical individuals. So expertise in Battery Development - knowledge of Battery Electrochemistry, Knowledge of Battery Pack Systems etc. would be required.
Our client is established firm with a new program in North America for which this new leadership role has been created.
President, CEO - Battery Company
- BS, MS or PhD in Engineering with Extensive Experience in Battery Product Development - Candidates with higher degrees will be preferred
- Prior experience in Advanced Batteries leading a battery company....as either role of CEO, President Chief Scientist or CTO or Vice President of Engineering - Managing programs / groups..in development of multiple cell battery solutions - Pilot or Production - Lithium Battery - Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer or other.
- Demonstrated Expertise in Product Development - Key roles involving Batteries. Experience in Leading, Managing and Innovation of Advanced Automotive Batteries.
- Established expertise at Either an Automotive OEM or Battery Tier 1.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Expertise Managing Programs, Intellectual Property, Product Validation, Development, Test etc.
- Established 10 yrs or more leadership skills in the role of CEO, Chief Scientist or CTO or Vice President of Engineering - Managing programs / groups.
- We would relocate candidates from Europe...and Outside United States also....however you must meet 100% of the requirements.
