FPC-Raleigh has been engaged to locate a Director of Transportation. The company is well recognized within the industry and has shown a strong pattern of growth.
This role is a newly created role within the organization and was designed to bridge the gap between Transportation and International Trade Compliance. The Director will have the responsibility of interfacing with a global supply base, and will be responsible for import/export practices and controls.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Transportation Logistics
- Minimum of 4 years experience in International Transportation Logistics
- Strong familiarity with ITAR, EAR, and NAFTA regulations
- Strong negotiation, cost management, organization, and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Custom\'s Brokerage License
