Search Jobs: Results: Analytical Scientist - Method Development/Validation
My client is seeking a strong analytical scientist with a fundamentally strong separation science background. The Scientist will provide technical leadership in the following areas:
- HPLC Method Development from scratch for new chemical entities
- ICH method validation - appropriate for the phase of pharmaceutical development
- Drug substance (DS) characterization, reference standard qualification, stability and specification development
- Forced Degradation of API, some knowledge of degradation pathways helpful
Qualifications:
PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical R&D experience in GMP environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
- Expert knowledge in HPLC method development for stage appropriate drug development
- Extensive knowledge of current analytical methodologies for trace level impurity identification and quantitation
- GMP pharmaceutical development experience with method development/validation for NCEs.
- Good communication and presentation skills
