As a professional organization, F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants of San Antonio provides comprehensive recruiting services by:
- Using its extensive knowledge of the marketplace to identify key professionals for client companies
- Initiating communication with prospective candidates regarding placement opportunities
- Developing an understanding of its client companies' objectives and our candidates' need for change and using that information to attract key individuals to career opportunities

FPC of San Antonio, founded in 1980, is a member of one of the nation's largest and longest established professional and executive search organizations. This office is also the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. The FPC network, established in 1959, has grown to include over seventy five offices throughout the United States.

FPC of San Antonio belongs to the NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services), TAPC (Texas Association of Personnel Consultants), and SAAPC (San Antonio Association of Personnel Consultants). Several members of our staff also maintain CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) certification, sponsored through NAPS.
