Mike Dubeck, President

Mike focuses on senior operations and lean manufacturing management. Before joining FPC, he was a plant and general manager for a Tier one auto supplier and a former employee of GM and Chrysler. When he is not working, Mike enjoys his family and many sports - primarily soccer. Mike earned his MBA degree from Harvard University and a BSIA degree from GMI (now Kettering University).
