  • Review all of FPC’s online materials to determine if executive recruiting, and FPC are right for you
  • Contact an FPC executive, who can review what it takes to be successful in this business and answer your questions
  • Fill out our confidential profile form so we can learn more about you
  • Conduct due diligence phone calls to current FPC owners to have a candid conversation to learn about their experiences with FPC ownership and gain deeper perspective on how being a part of the FPC system was vital in their success
  • Visit the New York training headquarters to meet the executive management and training staff working closely with offices to make them successful
  • Conduct additional due diligence with competing executive recruiting franchises to ensure that FPC is the team with whom you feel most comfortable
  • Become a member of FPC’s national network of owners
  • Attend a two-week training session in New York
  • Open your office and begin your own success story
