FPC ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF FIRST INTERNATIONAL VENTURE - FPC OF ST. LAWRENCE IN MONTREAL, CANADA
NEW YORK, December 22, 2005 – F-O-R-T-U-N-E Franchise Corporation (FFC), the franchisor of the F-O-R-T-U-N-E Personnel Consultants (FPC) nationwide network of executive recruitment offices, announced the opening of FPC of St Lawrence in Montreal, Canada. Owned by Sachal Gidwani, FPC of St. Lawrence specializes in placing executives and professionals in the automotive industry throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Sachal Gidwani brings over 18 years of vast and varied experience in sales, marketing, engineering and operations professional with international and executive roles. A proven leader with an intense focus on achieving revenue growth, profitability and value through the creation of a culture and operational environment based on excellence and accountability. He has been successful in starting, developing and managing new operations and organizations, establishing strategic partnerships and alliances, and managing competitive strategies.
Prior to joining FPC, Sachal had been the President of MobileAria, a leading provider of fleet management and security solutions, and the Director of Marketing, Planning and Engineering for Delphi - Asia Pacific Region.
Sachal holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering Honors from McGill University in Canada. Sachal is a recipient of several patents and awards in security and safety electronics.
