Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the manufacturing process including troubleshooting, debottlenecking and process optimization
- Work closely with operators and production supervisors to monitor processes
- Work on improvement projects to reduce cost and improve the efficiency of the production process
- Interact with Product Development, Sales, Technical Services and Production to improve and or develop new products

Requirements:
- BS Degree in Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of Chemical Industry experience
- Must have chemical process troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and improvement / optimization experience
- Must possess good interpersonal skills along with strong problem solving skills
