LOOKING FOR A TERRIFIC LEAN MANUFACTURING MANAGER!
 
PLEASE NOTE...........In order to qualify for this position, you must have held a Lean title or similar (Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, etc). This MUST be shown on your resume.
 
Major manufacturing client is in need of an experienced manager to implement Lean manufacturing within the facility. Need a "go-getter" who is ready to sink their teeth into developing personnel, conducting and overseeing Kaizen events and measuring and communicating improvements within the plant. Must be detailed oriented, excellent communication and personnel skills. 
 
Need:
* BS Eng
* 8-15 years working within manufacturing and over 5 years specifically overseeing Lean projects - MUST have held a Lean title (or equivalent)
* Experience with Lean concepts: Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping req, 5S, TPS; Six Sigma a plus
* Knowledge of DMAIC problem solving skills
* QS/TS16949 exp pref
* Strong planning and analytical skills
* Strong leadership and problem solving skills
