The Challenges: (NOTE: see more about company at bottom)
· Fill / Finish Quality Assurance operations especially inspection/release, labeling, room clearance and leading investigations.
· Lead,, at aseptic pharmaceutical facilities, investigations and audits. Here your skills in sampling, investigations, CAPA and process improvements audit should earn you significant recognition.
· You would also be relied on to represent QA for this division on all GXP compliance issues and to write / revise SOP’s.
Overall, you’d be the QA subject matter expert on fill finish operations in an new and very visible division of the global vaccine leader.
Salary: Dependent on experience, base salary should be from the 80’s to the low 90’s and include multiple bonuses and relocation (if necessary). Also, the benefits and job stability are at the top of the industry.
Location: Boston / New England
Travel: 40%-50% initially with it primarily being East Coast.

Qualifications:
While a BS degree in required (preference for Biology or other science) as well as 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience is required most important is to highlight either on your resume, addendum or cover letter your experience with:
1) Fill Finish operations including investigations, CAPA and sampling
2) Room clearance review and label operations.
Preferences:
1. Environmental Monitoring and related systems
2. ANSI / ASQ Z1.4 execution experience
