Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the Medical device industry. Due to continued growth we have been engaged to identify a Purchasing Manager that can lead the sourcing efforts in direct materials.
The ideal candidate must have:
BS degree from an accredited campus based program
7+ year purchasing experience ideally in a manufacturing environment
Direct materials to include metals, plastics, and packaging materials
The ability to interface effectively with sales, operations, engineering, and external suppliers
Experience operating in an FDA regulated industry is a big plus.
