How to Use RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds (Really Simple Syndication)

RSS feeds are used to publish frequently updated content such as blog entries, news headlines, podcasts and in this case, job postings.

An RSS document, which is called a "feed", contains either a summary of content or the full text to keep up with their favorite web sites.

You can view the feeds you've signed up for using a "feed reader" or an "aggregator." The user subscribes by entering the feed's link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process. The reader checks the user's subscribed feeds regularly for new content, downloading any updates that it finds.  Google, Yahoo and most browsers have built in readers.
