Our Groundwork for Leadership

  •  The Basics: We provide consultative support to help you with licensing and lease negotiations, and selection of insurance policies, office space, telephone systems, office supplies, equipment and furniture.
  •  Training: Two-week structured training, supplemented by six-week follow-up program. Initial two-week intensive training held at the New York headquarters. On-site visit within first year. On-going training, including regional seminars, new consultant training and placement academy.
  •  Fundamental Strategies: Management methods, innovative telephone techniques, interviewing skills, strategies for generating job and placement activity with both candidates and companies, day-to-day operations of recruitment business.
  •  Procedures: Exploration of the placement process step, from finding job openings and recruiting candidates to negotiating salaries and making placements.
  •  Materials: Comprehensive training and operations manuals, client/ candidate database (RESUMate), FPC’s Electronic Exchange Systems (FEES), Industry Directory Software.
  •  Personalized Support: After we help you set attainable goals, we work with you to track your activity and provide consultative support to you and your employees. FPC has a field support staff-to-franchise office ratio that is one of the highest in the industry.

 FPC Job and Candidate Exchange System

F-O-R-T-U-N-E Franchise Corporation’s Electronic Exchange System (FEES) offers an array of features that will facilitate the information flow between FPC offices faster and more efficiently. FEES innovations include:

  • A direct link to our internet site.
  • Access from any computer with internet capability.
  • The ability to post jobs and to search for candidates while on-line.
  • Key word search capability.
  • Resume postings.
  • Automated, daily searches for candidates who meet the criteria of posted jobs. If an appropriate candidate is identified, you will be notified by e-mail. 
  • Downloading capability into RESUMate 6.0 or higher.
  • Candidate and job selection and postings from RESUMate.
  • “Drop-down menus” for recruiters not using RESUMate.
  • Automatic e-mail for new job orders to your traditional exchange partners.

The FEES system encourages greater exchange activity, more production time, and will yield far more placements for everyone participating in the FPC network.
