Fees & Guarantees

Our fees are charged to client companies, not applicants. These fees are based upon the first year’s gross earnings, including anticipated bonuses and/or commissions.

Our fees are competitive and can be negotiated, if we are given an exclusive on a job order, or if we become your company’s preferred search firm.

A majority of our searches are done on a contingency basis, meaning that there is no charge to you unless and until an applicant is hired.

Full retainer, modified retainer, or contract searches must be negotiated individually with the President of FPC of Charlotte.

All of our candidates are guaranteed. We will replace any candidate terminated within 30 days of the start date, for any reason, except lack of work.

This guarantee is contingent upon our invoice being paid in full within the terms of the invoice.
