Mike Dubeck, President
Mike focuses on senior operations and business development searches. Before joining FPC, he was a plant and general manager for a mid-size manufacturing company and a former employee of GM and Chrysler. When he is not working, Mike enjoys his family and many sports – primarily soccer. Mike earned his MBA degree from Harvard University and a BSIA degree from GMI (now Kettering University).
Key searches – leadership and lean manufacturing for diverse manufacturing companies, consulting firms and performance oriented ventures. Additional leadership searches in supply chain and purchasing for manufacturing and technology firms.


Debra Hunter, Executive Recruiter – Environmental Health & Safety
Deb describes herself as the Den Mother for our team given she has the longest tenure. She specializes in building relationships in the manufacturing industry and often supports difficult searches in healthcare. Prior to joining FORTUNE; Debbie worked in the Healthcare industry, Retail Lumber industry and Manufacturing industry. Debbie prides herself on making the perfect match and improving the quality of life for the candidate.


Bina Menon, Director of Recruiting – Sales / Marketing Strategy / Finance

Bina’s charming candor draws candidates and clients to her. Formerly with General Motors, Bina joined FPC of Troy in 1999 and understands all that is involved in the process of hiring and finding new positions. Bina can view the entire picture completely and will stop at nothing to ensure a thorough match of candidate and client.Bina’s recruiting specialty is in roles that require a technical expertise along with a strategic vision and covers functions from new product development and program management to commercial and customer facing roles in sales and new business development.When not recruiting, you will find Bina spending time with her family on Cass Lake during the warmer months, and at the Pilates studio year round! She is big on giving back to the community and is part of a volunteer group that grooms high school children to give back to the community by facilitating services that benefits non-profit organizations such as The Grace Center of Hope in Pontiac and The Forgotten Harvest in Southfield among others.


Lois Pozolo, Executive Recruiter – Supply Chain & Purchasing

Lois is a business professional with broad experience in all aspects of recruiting. As a consultant to Fortune 500 businesses she improved their inventory and purchasing functions. Lois has extensive experience in project and contract management including strategic and tactical plan development and implementation. She loves hiking and has three kids competing at university and high school in long distance running too.


Tara Fleming, Executive Recruiter – Engineering

Before joining the manufacturing and business worlds, Tara enjoyed a 13-year career in intercollegiate athletics, having served as both an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. She recruited qualified, talented student-athletes who fit the respective cultures of three D1 institutions – coached there too. Tara uses her experience building relationships with energy and integrity — facilitating connections between candidates and organizations whose core values and strengths mesh.
