He served as an Infantry Officer where he led in positions of increasing responsibility, in combat, over the course of two deployments overseas in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Following his transition into the private sector, he has held leadership positions in Operations and Product Management.  Hunter’s passion is leadership, and he now focuses his professional efforts towards bringing great companies and talented leaders together, promoting organizational success.

Email: johnr@fpcriverwood.comJohn Reinke is a demonstrated leader with over a decade of operations experience.  Following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Infantry Officer where he led in positions of increasing responsibility, in combat, over the course of four deployments overseas in support of the Global War on Terrorism.  Following his transition into the private sector, he has held leadership positions in Operations Management, Logistics, and Third-Party Logistics.   John’s passion is leadership and he now focuses his professional efforts towards bringing great companies and talented leaders together, promoting organizational success.

Steven Spaulding has developed leaders for over twenty years.  Steven holds a Bachelor’s in Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point where he concentrated in Systems Engineering and Human Factors engineering within the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership.  After the academy Steven served as an Airborne Ranger qualified Armor Officer in the 1st Cavalry Division completing an escalating war time deployment to Iraq.  After the Army Steven worked for Altacel Communications learning the telecom industry as a contract negotiator and procurement officer.  Steven then served on College Campuses as a mentor and developer of young leaders for over a decade.  Subsequently Steven finished his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Antioch University of New England where he concentrated on an understanding of advances in neuroscience and working with veterans. Steven then laid the foundational ideas for the Dartmouth Peak Performance Program and built a comprehensive highly successful experiential leadership program that lead to multiple championships for several Dartmouth College Athletic teams and deeply influenced the development of hundreds of student-athletes through a summer program known as DRIVE.  Steven has been has been happily married to his wife Michelle for over twenty years and has four children.  He enjoys all things outdoors.
